Your Right to Data Deletion
Under applicable privacy laws and Facebook's Platform Policy, you have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you that was collected through your use of Reply.BD (operated by Tarun Soft Pvt Limited).
What Data We Hold
If you connected a Facebook Page to our platform, we may hold:
- Your Facebook user ID and connected page information.
- Facebook Page access tokens (stored encrypted).
- Messenger conversations between your page and customers.
- Product catalog data you uploaded.
- Account information (name, email, settings).
- Uploaded images stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1 — Via Facebook Settings (Automatic)
If you want to remove all data associated with your Facebook account:
- Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Reply.BD in the list.
- Click Remove.
Facebook will automatically send us a deletion callback. We will process it within 30 days and you'll receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status below.
Option 2 — Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- Any Facebook Page IDs you connected (optional, to help us locate your data)
We will respond and process your request within 30 days.
Option 3 — Delete Your Account
If you have an active account, you can delete it (along with all associated data) from your Profile Settings. Account deletion is irreversible.

If you received a confirmation code after requesting deletion via Facebook, you can check its status here:
Deletion Timeline
- Within 7 days: Messenger conversation data and Facebook access tokens are deleted.
- Within 30 days: All remaining personal data is permanently removed from our systems and backups.
- After 30 days: Anonymised aggregate analytics data may be retained for internal reporting, but cannot be linked back to you.
